At Carat & Co., we aim to provide premium quality gold-plated and crystal jewelry in Pakistan with complete customer satisfaction.

  • We offer exchange only in case of:

    • Damaged or defective jewelry

    • Wrong product delivered

  • Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Please note: Due to hygiene and product sensitivity, we do not offer refunds on jewelry items.
